Christabella Evania – Grand Hyatt ON FIVE

We called her EVA @evaniab – a cheerful, strong girl who cares a lot about fun and hype!

She chose around the world as the theme starting from the: 

1. Invitation : an around the world map envelope design with post stamp and customized printed out guest name one by one
2. A leather luggage tag souvenir
3. A three-set continuous customized canvass for all friends’ signature
4. A giant world map as the photo booth backdrop
5. Dress code: Dress up like a tourist! And all BINUS SIMPRUG friends really so into the dress code! Look closely and you can find a tour flag, a binocular, back pack, sunglasses, etc haha

What made us turned into having an –OMAIGAD- face was she actually has traveled almost around the world! Wow wow and wow.

We then came up with an idea for the LED animation screen; guest what we made just for her? A giant world map with world globe while a plane keep flying turning up and down, with a zoom in map to some places she have been and we then bought out some photos of her and her families when they visited those places 🙂

She chose top 3 favorite places and asked them to be turned into 3D reality for the decorations:

1. HAWAII – Aloha -> we made a wooden coconut TIKI bar, surfing board, and some aloha statue, we even brought some real coconut trees
2. NEW YORK -> a spot where you could find a beer pong, liberty statue, and that new york specific – 3D taxi
3. LAS VEGAS -> a city that never sleeps were represented by light bulbs like a lot, cards, chips, dices, and we welcome her friend to come sit and enjoy the poker games!
